“I would be giving five stars but the rubber seal around the window I had replaced was not torn when I brought it in and now it's torn and not put back right. Plus there is a wierd sticky substance on the bottom seal. I asked about the tear and the wierd spot that wasn't put back right and was told that it was like that when I brought it in becase of the broken glass. I have pictures that I took when I arrived to prove this was not the case. So I was told that it wouldn't leak since it was on the inside and if there was a problem to bring it back to them. I hope they honor what they say and fix it if there is a problem in the future. Otherwise the cost was good. But I would not give workmanship five stars due to the issue with the seal being torn.”

“I had to come here under negative circumstances. My sister and a few Co workers had their cars broken into. This location was recommended for being cheap and efficient. I'm not 100% sure about the cheap part but they were fairly efficient.
For a 2016 charger they charged $150 cash to replace and tint the window. If you pay with card, it's a few extra dollars.
As stated prior this location was recommended to all victims of theft at my sister's job. So they had about 5-7 customers who needed window repairs. The reason I rated them 5 stars is due to their professional. It took about an hour thirty minutes for everything. They didn't have the window onsite which was annoying because we called about 40 minutes before arriving at their shop, but it's understandable. (We could have changed our minds and they would have been at a disadvantage.) Even with them going out to get the windows for my sister and a couple other customers, and installation she was in and out in about an hour and thirty minutes.
The window looks amazing, the service was quick, and the staff was helpful. Hopefully I don't have to come back here, but if I do I'm expecting a similar experience.”

“My car window got busted out... after a rather artfully piecing together two garbage bags to cover the window...it only took a few minutes of rain to determine that we are never going to qualify as window replacement experts...that is not a happy way to start your weekend. After calling around to literally everyone.... we couldn't find anyone who was able to fix it for us that day. Everyone was either going to have to wait for the glass to come in or they were booked up. We called one place that had available time..but only rear windows..so they kindly recommended S Delta glass... we called to see if they had the front passenger glass... these guys are smart enough to have their own warehouse so all we had to do was give them an hour to go get it and bring it to the shop. The shop is nothing to look for atmosphere... but they were quick... the price was better than people who would have to have me wait for a week for my appointment.... AND... that was with them tinting the window to match!! My car looks like it never got assaulted in the first place.
It's been over a month and I wanted to let anyone who read this know that the window tint had what looked like air bubbles in it, so I called and spoke to a man who told me if I was very concerned to bring it back in and they will check it, but normally it takes a few days for it to smooth out. 2 days later it was icy smooth. But I sincerely appreciated how non confrontational and willing to help they were! I also called a few weeks later because I could hear glass in the door when I would close it... They again gave me no problems. They were very friendly and encouraged me to bring it in so they could take it out. My car window looks perfect. It works perfectly and the price was excellent. I'm sorry for the bad experience others had, I can't understand how it could be the same place!? They were awesome to me! I totally recommend them, and I would definitely go here if I need help again.”

“Pretty decent experience here. A rock hit my windshield causing a 4 inch crack, which probably spread another 20 inches after I put off getting it fixed for 2 months. I called the shop for a quote and the girl was helpful and answered all my questions. They don't do windshield repairs, only replacements. Luckily they had windshields for my car model in stock, and she said the replacement would be $180 and would take about an hour. Without making an appointment, I went ahead and brought my car in the same day for windshield replacement.
My first impression upon arrival was that the shop itself was a bit rundown (mainly because of its location), and that the customer service was a bit lacking and uninformative when I arrived. For example, I was asked to hand over my keys and paid for the service, but I wasn't told anything else about the actual process (my receipt had some after care instructions, which I only got after I paid). I wasn't too worried about it though since a friend of mine had recommended the shop because of its great prices.
Well, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the whole thing only took about 30 minutes, and the guy working on my car was very nice and even gave me after care instructions when he was done. The windshield looked great and all of my stickers and EZ tag were placed perfectly. It even rained later that day, and I'm happy to report that there weren't any leaks (phew)!
To sum it up, I didn't expect to receive great customer service here, but I am happy with the job they did and would definitely come back.”
“My windshield got broken by a piece of flying debris on my way to work. I had called my insurance company and asked for one their referrals, as I was interested in their referral doing an on-site repair. I would not be able to get the repair done until the following Monday! My coworker referred me to S Delta Auto Glass, who was able to send workers to do the repair in less than two hours!! And it was just barely more than my insurance deductible and over half as much as the insurance referral! Two plusses to the situation: I got my windshield done a couple of hours in the same day, and I didn't have to put it on my insurance! I was very happy with the work they did! The windshield looks great, they carefully removed and replaced my registration and EZtag, and it all got finished in less than 30 minutes! I thought the day was going to be horrible, and though it wasn't ideal, I was happy that everything was fixed and the situation was resolved in the best way! Thank you so much!!”

“This place was a great find. Unfortunately, my side vent window just fell off one day... I searched everywhere for an affordable price. I found Delta, called for a quote and was literally the cheapest.
I dropped my truck off, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, then called to inspect my truck. The first attempt was actually not a good one. The replacement window didn't even look like it fit in my door. I said something and they came to look at the window, they agreed the window was not placed properly. Turns out that the window just wasn't going to work. They called and had another glass delivered and replaced it in less than an hour. More importantly, they did all of it at no additional charge.

“Unfortunately I visited this place by force. I was a victim of a bum broad who smashed my windshield. Called 7 different window replacement places in town and no one had my windshield in stock and they all pretty much swore I would have to go through the dealership to get a new windshield.
The first time I called this place Cristina was extremely helpful and professional. After several failed attempts to find a glass they called and said they found one but on my way there called to say turn around because the glass had a crack in it. They assured me they would keep looking and that's what they did. An hour later they called to say they found the last one in some mysterious warehouse that was out of town and that it would be at their store in an hour. I got there within the hour and wham, bam, thank you ma'am they had me squared away in less than an hour. Really good service.”
“What is it about my poor little dented Sentra that keeps attracting Smash n' Grabbers? Since moving onto Washington Ave, it has been bullied a total of 5 times, including 3 in the past 2 months. The back windows keep getting smashed, and his lunch money (loose change) keeps getting taken :(
I've employed the fellows here so often that I asked the sympathetic receptionist for a punch card. No dice, but I'll take the reasonable prices plus mobile services any day. Minus one star for the one technician who tried to hustle me for a tip (which I was going to give anyway). While the physical damage can easily be repaired, the mental anguish that my Sentra has endured will take YEARS to overcome.
